Great customer service, fair pricing and a great resource to have in Stewart county. When opening our pool I noticed I needed a new jet assembly, called the store and the owner wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. Instead of just saying “no we don’t have one” or wasting my time and saying “yea I’m sure we do” she offered to FaceTime me and make sure what they had was what I needed. Came in a couple hours later and sure enough it was sitting on the counter waiting. Will definitely do as much business as possible with them in the future.

We recently needed pool chemicals to get our stock tank pool set up for this year and Laurisa and the team at Apex had everything we needed and were more than willing to help us , even though it was just our little 1000 gallon pool. What an awesome resource to have in our community! Highly recommend and they also have all kinds of cool swag for pool season .

I will have to say I am super excited about our hot tub! I went in and got great customer service! I was getting a deck and needed it fairly fast before they put my arm rails up. I came home to a nice surprise! My son is over the top excited! I recommend a 10/10

Is there a 6 star option? I live in Clarksville, Tennessee, and I’ve only known Jonathan and Laurisa for a short time, but it didn’t take long to see the kind of people they are. They are genuinely kind, honest, and grounded in their faith, and that clearly carries over into how they do business. What’s stood out to me is how thoughtful and detailed they are when it comes to planning — especially with pools and hot tubs. Even though their store is in Indian Mound, Tennessee, they take the time to explain options clearly and help people make well-planned decisions instead of rushing anything. They strive to run a great business with integrity, hard work, and a desire to serve people well, and it shows in every interaction. It’s refreshing to see business owners whose values guide both their personal lives and the way they care for their customers.
